The CEO of Spark Recruiting, Michael Lee started working in recruiting fourteen years ago in the technical recruitment industry. He has since grown and managed successful recruitment teams for corporations and recruiting firms. With a focus on growth, he took a plateaued professional staffing division from an annual revenue of $8MM to 24.3MM within a 3 year period.
