Current market rate for direct hire recruiting is 20% of a hiree’s annual salary. At Spark we guarantee to be at least 20% lower in cost than any of our competitors.

As always, we only get paid if you hire a perfect-fit candidate provided by us for your business!

  • In small to mid-sized companies HR teams are stretched thin with a wide variety of responsibilities. With our alternative to staffing plan HR teams can let us focus on talent acquistion and devote their efforts to other responsibilities. It’s no additional cost to your company until you hire a Spark candidate.

  • It is our strong goal to have 3 submissions within 5 business days that are at least a 90% fit.

  • You won't pay anything unless you select and hire a candidate that we provide for you. At that point we will have pre-negotiated a flat fee that will be at least 20% lower in cost then our competitors. If needed we can break fees up into two or three payments over 60 to 90 days. We are here to help you out and make it work.

  • Our goal is for this to never happen, but we understand the risk here which is why we have an amazing replacement guarantee!

    • Positions that pay up to $50,000 a year have a 30 day replacement guarantee

    • Between $50,000 - $100,000 have a 90 day replacement guarantee

    • Positions $100,000+ have a 6 month replacement guarantee
